We want you to love our seaweed-infused skincare as much as we do, but if a product isn't right for you, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unopened and unused items. Our commitment to purity means we can only accept returns that remain in their original, coastal-inspired packaging.

Return Process

  Email our customer care team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a unique Return Authorization code.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box, ensuring all glass apothecary jars are well-protected to prevent breakage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop your package at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our Cornish workshop receives and inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
